Byousoku 5 cm. story 1

Anime yang akan gw bahas untuk pertama kalinya adalah sebuah anime yang baru kemaren aku dapet. Katanya sih ceritanya bagus, so penasaran. Lebih penasaran lagi setelah melihat ARTWORK-nya yang mantep beuuuutt
(menggila)…. Oke, a quick glance to this title..
Byousoku 5cm (Byousoku go senchi) yang berarti 5cm per second diawali dengan adegan flashback when our main character (Takaki) dan teman kecilnya Akari berbicara mengenai "Sakura petals fall with the speed of 5cm per second" yang berlanjut ke adegan kejar-kejaran geje khas anak kecil:| since Akari suddenly ran and Takaki tried to catch up to her. Akari berhenti di persimpangan kereta api and said "Takaki kun, semoga tahun depan kita bisa melihat sakura gugur bersama-sama lagi"

The first episode is called Oukashou, extract of cherry blossom. Masih a ngertitapi apa hubungannya ama episode ini:-|. Ceritanya berlanjut ke kehidupan Takaki sekarang. It turns out that Akari had moved out from Tokyo (to a town called Kotsuya, no idea where that is, but it’s pretty far from Tokyo) when they graduated elementary school. Touno Takaki, karakter utama kita, sudah beranjak menjadi kelas 2 SMP. Sejak kepindahan Akari, mereka masih sering surat menyurati yang mengisi keseharian Takaki.

(* guide mode off *) uwaa..ampe sini aja pemandangan yang ditampilkan di film ini bener-bener mantap><..UUNnnnggg..aku tak bisa berhenti terpesona

(* back on *) The story at first is just telling the letters Akari sent to Takaki, from summer, autumn to winter. The story tells us too that Takaki will transfer to another town setelah masuk semester akhir. (hubungannya? we’ll see:D). The place he’ll move to is Kagoshima (again, no idea where, but from Akari’s letter she said "can’t meet each other by train" so i suppose it’s in another island).
Then (again from Akari’s letter), they promised they would meet in March. So, Takaki kun akan mengunjungi Akari ke Tocchiri! Then Akari bercerita tentang pohon Sakura yang ada di dekat rumahnya.

On the promised day, Takaki bersiap-siap pergi langsung setelah sekolah selesai (membolos club activity:))). Dia membawa surat yang telah dituliskannya (throughout the episode..) untuk Akari serta rencana perjalanan..Aku tidak berpikir kalau tempatnya sejauh itu, tapi ternyata….tampaknya memang jauh-_-..Di catatannya terlihat dia harus ganti-ganti kereta untuk akhirnya sampai jam 19.00.
From here, the story pretty much tells the journey Takaki kun had to go through to meet Akari. It’s half of the episode!! The story takes place in trains, trains, stations, and trains again.
Snow fell on that day. The story then shifts to flashback. Takaki tells his childhood memories with Akari. Since the snow fell so long, trains had to stop longer than expected and delayed (poor takaki:().. While waiting for a train, the story flashbacks again. This time to the time when Akari called Takaki some time before. Crying, Akari tells Takaki that shes going to enter high school in Tocchiri (she wanted to enter some high school in Tokyo it seems, tapi ga diperbolehkan ortu:-|). Takaki then became kind of desperate?sad?helpless? emm..ga tau jelasinnya gimana. Yang pasti, dia merasa ga bisa membantu apa-apa pada saat itu. –end of flashback
Kembali ke kereta, kereta makin sering berhenti dan Takaki berkali-kali melihat ke jam tangannya takut ia akan terlambat dari waktu perjanjian. Waktu menujukkan pukul 19.00 dan masih ada beberapa stasiun yang harus dilewati and the train will stop for 10 minutes at each station:-|.. Huwah, tes kesabaraaaan><.. Then it flashbacks again (ya, bagus juga si, bisa gila liat kereta mulu..)
Then, ceritanya dia udah di stasiun lain, waiting for another train. Waiting, sepertinya dia sangat lapar and wanted to have a drink. But as he wanted to grab some changes, his letter to Akari was blown by the wind.. (poor him, dari tadi cobaannya banyak banget:-|) Buset.. He looked like he wanted to cry that time, but he forced himself to stand it i guess 
As if it wasn’t enough, di kereta yang selanjutnya kereta berhenti total karena low friction of the wheels or something. Waktu menunjukkan pukul 20.54. I guess Takaki reached his limit anyway-_-, so he took off his watch. Kereta ga gerak for almost two hourssss..bayangkaaaan… Takaki serasa udah menahan-nahan untuk ga nangis and wished Akari to go home aja.

Akhirnya sampaiii..Udah jam 11 lewat. Takaki sudah berharap ga akan melihat Akari. tapi.. (yah, ketebak lah ya) Akari masih menunggu sambil tertidur-tidur:p. Then?They both cried!! (uwaa..karena lega kali ya, daritadi nahan-nahan. hiks, anak2 lucu..) Karena tempatnya mau ditutup, akhirnya mereka pergi. On the way, they passed the sakura tree Akari had talked about in her letter.

Emm..oke, suasana udah menuju romantis.. (udah ketebak jadi males) They kissed each other. so sweeeeeeeettt
..they spent the night talking sampai tertidur. The next day, Takaki pulang dengan kereta pertama.
(Sono shunkan, eien to ka kokoro to ka tamashii to ka iu mono wa doko ni aru no ka wakatta ki ga shita)
(Jyuusan nen kan ikitekita koto ga subete o wakacchiaetai youni boku ga omoi)

We can’t tell much since this is only episode 1, tapi i’m looking forward for the upcoming episodes:D. Maaf kalau penceritaan gw ga terlalu bagus:p, i lack in this kind of things..:D
